  • Do I need experience to work with PNC Plymouth?

    No experience is required. We provide full product training in communication, fundraising, and leadership. All you need is a positive attitude, motivation and a willingness to learn – we’ll support you every step of the way.

  • Where will I be working?

    Our fundraising campaigns take place across Plymouth and the South West. You’ll work at local events, residential areas and high-footfall sites. There are also opportunities for optional travel to help expand campaigns in other regions.

  • What career progression opportunities are available?

    We believe in advancing someone from within. Everyone starts as a Brand Ambassador, but there’s a clear pathway to progress withing PNC. Growth is based on merit, effort and results.

  • How do our Brand Ambassadors get paid?

    As a Brand Ambassador you receive a daily brand awareness fee plus uncapped commission.
